Shipping Policy

• oursksa.com caters to Saudi Arabia.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment.
• Shipments will be delivered within 5-7 days for most of the areas.
• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
• Orders of less than SAR 200 will be charged SAR 20 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of SAR 200 or more will be delivered free.
• Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts SAR 20 across all regions.
• For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office
• As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Aramex. Additional charges may apply.
